I am a nurse with 25 + years of experience dedicated to caring for others and empowering people with the skills they need to thrive. Nursing has not only been my profession, but also my calling. It has taught me compassion, resilience, and the importance of meeting people where they are with patience and understanding.

As an American Heart Association Certified Instructor, I specialize in teaching Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid, CPR (Lehman), AED training, and Bloodborne Pathogens. I also hold a Train-the-Trainer Certification, which allows me to equip others to step into teaching roles themselves, multiplying the impact of life-saving education in our communities.

Beyond training I am passionate about helping caregivers, healthcare workers and community members build confidence in their ability to respond in emergencies. My goal is to create a supportive, hands-on learning environment where students walk away not just certified, but truly prepared.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: When we teach and care for others, we save lives one skill, one class, and one person at a time.

I also provide Senior Advocate and Care Navigator services to support individuals and families in navigating the often-challenging world of healthcare and elder care. This includes:

• Education on available senior resources
• Assistance with placement in assisted living or other care arrangements
• Nursing support after hospitalization
• Wellness Checks, including vital signs, glucose monitoring, medication management and reconciliation, attending doctor’s appointments with patients as an advocate 
• Guidance in understanding medical bills, arranging payments and navigating through the complexities of insurance. Including Medicare, Medicaid and Private insurance providers

Acting as a champion for patients and their families during recovery and transitions.

Healthcare Training
